After Congressional, McIlroy Must Set Eyes On British Open

Through the front nine, Rory McIlroy still has an eight stroke lead.  I think it's pretty safe to say that in just a couple of hours, he will be the winner of this year's 2011 U.S. Open.  Afterwards, he must set his eyes on the next major prize: the British Open.

Given how McIlroy is from Northern Ireland, winning in front of an army of fans would be the thrill of a lifetime.  If he approaches the course at Royal St. George's just how he did Congressional, then he will easily finish another chapter in the book of his many major victories.  I mean, come on.  Who doesn't want to win a major event in front of the hometown fans?
