NBA Draft Rumors: Minnesota Timberwolves Like Enes Kanter at No. 2

It appears as if the Minnesota Timberwolves aren't a lock to take Arizona's Derrick Williams with the second overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.

ESPN Insider Chad Ford reported on Wednesday morning that the team is "strongly considering" making Kanter the no. 2 overall selection ahead of Williams.

The T-Wolves feel that Kanter is a better fit for the club right now and for the long term, as they've really lacked a dominant presence on the inside.

If the team does take Kanter second overall, it would open the door for the Jazz to make Derrick Williams the pick at no. 3, which is a dream scenario for the team.

The Jazz are also thought to have a strong interest in PG Brandon Knight, so it's possible that Williams could fall right into Cleveland's lap with the fourth pick.

If the Cavs can come out of this draft with Kyrie Irving and Williams without having to execute a trade, mark it down as a major win for the franchise.
