The New York Knicks are looking to make a major splash with the no. 17 overall pick, and it looks like they have a plethora of players that they?re considering.
The club would really like Klay Thompson to fall into their lap, but he?s likely to be off of the board by this point.
According to Frank Isola of the NY Daily News, the Knicks are scheduled to host both Marshon Brooks and Josh Selby in for another workout this week.
Brooks has been a favorite of the club for a while, but his rapidly rising stock may mean that he?s unattainable in the middle of the round.
Selby?s stock has been in flux among talent evaluators for quite some time after underachieving this season at Kansas, and he should definitely be available to the team when they?re on the clock.
It?s pretty amazing that the club appears locked into taking yet another guard with their selection considering how badly they need front line help, but they may have another plan in mind for that entirely.
